Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your The District Line purchase. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions of Return:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
- All original tags, labels, and designer packaging must be attached.
- Garments with makeup stains, perfumes, or wear marks will not be accepted.
- Sale items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for refunds.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement once your return package has been received and audited by our warehouse.
